It offers a multitude of expressions and blends into the natural landscape and seems quite modest despite its size. It offers a series of dynamic and dramatic spaces with a fluid character. Its spaces which are dedicated to the different
ffusagers categories (an area for them for children. a stadium for young people. consumption areas. and a cie / open theater for events).
He convincingly incorporated the landscape ideas with a central element that represents the city of Biskra which is the gateway to the desert. without forgetting the blue plan and the large bremen corridors of the cross which marks the return to school and the
perspective of the islamic gardens, this propt is surrounded by palm trees in order to ensure protection against the sand winds to symbolize the green dam of Algiers.
