In the era of WFH, people need a home-office which allows them to work without being bothered, but in this case, if every program is given a separate space in a traditional way, it would be too crowded. But do people really need that kind of home? Have their lifestyle changed in this new era? If so, what kind of new home is required? By analyzing how different space is occupied generally, I found that bedroom, kitchen and restroom are used everyday, but living, working and socializing space hardly be used at the same time, even same day. So, instead of dividing the apartment into separate programs traditionally, this design decided to create a fixed area and a flexible area. The latter can be converted easily as needed.
