How do I create a group?

Go to ‘my groups’, click on ‘create a new group’, fill in with the required information and add a group photo. Clicking on ‘end’ the group page will open; going on ‘send invites’ you can invite your team members either if they are already registered on the platform or not.

Come si crea un gruppo?

Vai in ‘my groups’, clicca su create a new group, compila con i dati richiest e la foto del gruppo. Cliccando su fine si aprirà la pagina del gruppo; andando su send invites potrai invitare i membri del tuo team sia che essi siano già iscritti al portale oppure no.

My team members do not get the invitation to join the group. What to do?

Try to provide the team members with the group page’s link. When they are on the group page they have to click on ‘Request Membership’ and the group leader will have to accept the request.

Ai membri del mio team non arriva l’invito per iscriversi al gruppo. Come fare?

Prova a fornire ai membri del tuo team il link del gruppo. Quando saranno sulla pagina del gruppo dovranno cliccare su Request Membership e  il capogruppo dovrà accettare la richiesta.
