Where do I have to upload my board?

In ‘my portfolio’ you will find your project labeled as DRAFT, enter the project and click on EDIT. In this section will be able to upload your A1 board (Board) of max 3MB, a cover of max 1MB (it will be the preview of your project, so choose a cool one!) and a description. Cover and description are mandatory, while other images (of max 1MB) are optional.

Dove andrà caricata la mia tavola?

In ‘my portfolio’ troverai il tuo progetto segnato come DRAFT, entra nel progetto e clicca su EDIT. Potrai caricare in questa sezione la tua tavola A1 (Board) max 3MB, una cover (sarà l’anteprima del tuo progetto, quindi sceglila cool!) max 1MB e una descrizione. Cover e descrizione sono obbligatorie, mentre le altre immagini sono opzionali di MAX 1MB.

What will be evaluated by the jury?

Only the A1 board will be evaluated by the jury.

What should my A1 board have?

The content and the presentation of the board are under the full responsibility and freedom of the participants, who can use any graphics tool to make better understand the design idea.

Anyway, it is advisable to include at least:

– main floor plans

– sections (partial or total)

– 3D views

Particular importance will be given not only to the idea and to the design quality, but also to the representative capacity that should be able to explain the content clearly.

Cosa deve contenere la mia tavola?

I contenuti e le modalità di rappresentazione della tavola sono sotto la completa responsabilità e libertà dei partecipanti, che possono adottare qualsiasi strumento grafico per far comprendere al meglio la propria idea progettuale.

E’ comunque consigliato includere almeno:

– Piante principali

– Sezioni (parziali o totali)

– Viste 3D

Verrà data particolare importanza non solo all’idea e alla qualità progettuale, ma anche alla chiarezza e alla capacità rappresentativa, che dovrà essere in grado di esplicitare al meglio il contenuto.

Besides the graphic elements what can my board contain?

The board should contain the name of the contest followed by the UniqueID (eg. FRC2017- abs345). It can include the name of the project and a brief description (in Italian or English). It must not contain any name (team name or team members’ names), or any explicit reference that allows to associate the board with the group or its members; if there are any elements that can be used to associate the board with the participants, the project will be disqualified without any possibility of reimbursement.

Oltre agli elementi grafici cosa può contenere la mia tavola?

La tavola dovrà contenere il nome del concorso seguito dall’UniqueID (es. FRC2017- abs345). Può contenere il nome del progetto e una breve descrizione (in italiano o in inglese). Non può contenere alcun nome (nome del gruppo o dei suoi componenti) o qualsiasi riferimento esplicito che permetta di associare la tavola al gruppo; qualora fossero presenti elementi tramite i quali è possibile associare la tavola ai partecipanti, la tavola verrà squalificata senza possibilità di rimborso.

How do I name the A1 board file?

Give your project file the name of the contest followed by the UniqueID, for instance: FRC2017-abe75.
